Do I need to understand website technology?
No. Tell us about your business and goals. We explain the choices in plain language and handle the agreed development work.
Do I need to purchase a domain?
You will need a domain for your business website. You can use one you already own, or we can help you choose one. Domain registration and renewal fees are separate.
Can I update my website later?
Yes. We can quote for later updates or discuss an editing solution that fits your needs. Ongoing updates and features beyond the agreed scope are separate.
Are there monthly fees?
The listed prices cover development within the defined scope. Domain registration, hosting arrangements, third-party subscriptions, payment processing, and optional ongoing maintenance are separate. We discuss any recurring costs before you accept an order.
How long does development take?
Timing depends on scope, content readiness, and your feedback. We agree on an estimated schedule after reviewing your requirements. Content, images, and translations must be supplied or approved by you.
Can I sell products online?
Yes. The Simple Online Store includes up to 10 initial products with secure third-party checkout. Shopping carts, inventory, shipping, tax, and order management require a custom quote. Payment processing fees are separate.
Can my website support both English and Chinese?
Yes. All three standard packages include English and Simplified Chinese website capability at no additional development charge. You supply or approve the content and translations.
What happens after my website is completed?
We review the finished website with you, complete the included revision rounds, and agree on launch and handover details. Later changes and optional maintenance can be quoted separately. Submit an inquiry first; we review requirements before accepting an order.
